Smootiepie™ LLC business hours are Monday-Thursday from 9-5 EST(holidays are not included). Any orders placed after 5pm will be counted on the following business day. Please allow 2-5 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and sent from our facility to the shipping courier. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier. Shipments within the U.S. range from 3-5 business days depending on the efficiency of the shipping courier. International shipments range from 1-6 business days depending on the efficiency of the shipping courier.
We offer First Class USPS and Priority Shipping USPS shipping at checkout for all U.S. orders. For international orders we offer DHL. All orders will be packed and fulfilled in the order in which they are placed. Orders will process 2 to 5 business days from the day the order was placed. All sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED. Customers will need their billing address and mailing address to match for the order. If it doesn't match the customer WILL be refunded. International Customers will also need to sign for their package.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages with a "Delivered Status" from your postal service. Please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package.
