I use this product on my 3 year old son. He’s had extremely dry, patchy skin and nothing has worked. This is a great product. My son has dry skin. This helps to make his skin smooth. I took away one star because it is very oil based and greasy. It helps to really make his skin smooth at night when it has time to soak in, but during the day within the first hour of tumbling he's rubbed it off and I find myself putting on multiple applications. Would really love to have this in a lotion or true butter.

I’ve purchased the conditioner for my granddaughter and her mother liked it. Just had my grandson who we just found out has a milk allergy and was causing the eczema to flair up.
